We used Jason when moving to the north Texas area in 2018 and were very impressed with his knowledge of the area and the home buying process. So naturally we wanted to use him again when we decided to sell our home knowing it would be marketed appropriately. It had an over ask offer in less than a week.

This is the second time we trusted Jason for real estate servives. He found us our first home which we had happened to sell this time around. Jason was very helpful and provided us a timeline and list of things that had to be completed in order for us to have our house up on time. He definitely made the process easy for us and his expertise and knowledge showed on how quickly we sold our home.

Jason is knowledgeable about the area and the market for selling a home. He is honest about the expectations for his clients, and makes sure everyone understands the process. Jason did an excellent job in listing and promoting the sale of our house. He kept us informed about everything along the way and we had excellent interest and showings.
